What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy, where through creating art and the creative process you are communicating. You are invited to create art from any material, and express freely, there is no right or wrong way! It is a safe, trusting environment that through the creating process you are able to articulate your feelings and thoughts. Some that may be hard, less familiar or even unknown to your conscious self. The creating allows for the movement of these feelings to emerge.
